The 5th annual World champion squirrel cook off is September 10th 2016 in beautiful Bentonville Arkansas. As seen on TV this event is a true culinary challenge and was rated a top #10 by USA TODAY. Our event is the largest wild game event in the nation, and the prize money is right. If you can cook you can enter, the only real rule is 80% of the meat needs to be Squirrel. Past teams have turned in squirrel pizza, squirrel tamale, squirrel sushi, BBQ squirrel, squirrel confit, squirrel and waffle, squirrel sliders, squirrel meat loaf, squirrel and bacon ice cream. SO IF YOU CAN DREAM IT YOU CAN WIN WITH IT.
