The Sweet Pea Run is held in conjunction with the popular weekend long Sweet Pea Festival: https://sweetpeafestival.org/ . It is hosted by Big Sky Wind Drinkers (BSWD); Bozeman’s local running club. With a strong tradition of giving back to the community, this organization supports programs like, Cancer Community Support, provides scholarships for area youth, operates a year round community race series, and contributes to Girls On The Run, just to name a few. The money raised from this race helps support the BSWD to be great stewards of running and other related causes in Bozeman.
