Running, jumping, sliding, crawling, scooting, rolling, splashing, groaning, laughing, cheering, dancing, and camping! You’ll do it all at the 1st Annual Osage River Bottom Rowdy Run. Join fellow adventure/obstacle race enthusiasts at the 200+ acre River Bottom MX Park to splash in the mud, listen to live music and shake off Olde Mann Winter. A portion of the proceeds will benefit 3 local charities.

The Osage River Bottom Rowdy Run is a not-for-profit adventure/obstical race to help raise funds for three local and deserving charities: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Warrior Transition Unit and Off-Road Riders Matter.

Event Goal
Create an annual adventure/obstacle race that will attract fitness enthusiasts from the mid-west to bring their families for a weekend of activities at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Event Objectives

Bring participants into the Lake Ozark community during a typically slow time of year.
Create a brand for an annual fun, family friendly event that includes camping, music, bonfires, concessions, a 15 and under race and an adult race;
Raise funds for charity through race fees, spectator/parking admissions and sponsorships
Create a challenging course at the River Bottom MX Park using natural and some man-made obstacles for beginner to intermediate skill levels that promotes team-work (allowing participants to use this race as potential training for other upcoming races)
