Rock 'n Run 5K
The HCC Rock ‘n Run features 5K & 10K run/walks as well as 1K & 3K races for kids. Rock ‘n Run is a family event held annually at the Morrison County fairgrounds in Little Falls, MN featuring races, music, food, a health expo and kids activities galore (think bike rodeo, characters, inflatable games, train rides, etc.).
The HCC Rock 'n Run is an annual fundraising event for the Healthy Communities Collaborative (HCC) of Morrison County (a community outreach program of St. Gabriel's Hospital).

Registration opens at 7:00a.m. Races start at 8:30 a.m. followed by kids activities until 1:00p.m. Race packets can be picked up on Friday, May 16 between 3-7pm at Great River Arts in downtown Little Falls. Stay for the rockin' music show by local talent "Big Sweet Life" at 7pm.
$25 adults 5&10K ($20 each with a team of four) and $10 per child (1K & 3K). Adult fee increases after May 3.
