The Days of 47 BBQ Showdown is a KCBS Sanctioned Pro Comp Utah State BBQ Championship. We expect to have some 40 Plus teams from across the 11 western states. We encourage the public to come and enjoy the competition all four days with activities ranging from professional cooking classes and KCBS Certified Judges Class on Wednesday and Thursday to the Family Chili sampling Friday night which will include an outdoor GIANT SCREEN MOVIE while eating your chili and cornbread. Competition turn in will begin on Saturday for the teams but as soon as that is over taste some of the teams very own competition barbeque that they turned in trying to win the $10,000.00 in cash prize fund. We will also have Craft/Wholesale vendor village for those who like looking and purchasing many of the different teams rubs and sauces along with many other items.

Cost

Craft Vendor Spaces are 10 x 10 cost is $50.00 or 10 x 20 cost is $75.00 / Food Vendors Fees are $150.00 for Festival Food Vendor & $250.00 for Full Menu Food Services
