Jr Iron Chef Vermont is a statewide culinary competition that challenges teams of middle and high school students to create healthy, local dishes that inspire school meal programs. Last year more than 300 students from 55 schools participated.
Jr Iron Chef 2014 will be held on March 22 at the Champlain Valley Exposition Center, Essex Junction. To make team registration smoother, deadlines are closer to the event this year.
Please Note: This year you are required to pay online within 24 hours of registering.
November 1: Early bird registration is now open! Get started here: Application Page.
December 1: Regular registration begins.
January 15: Registration ends. Student and recipe forms will be posted on this website.
February 14: Recipe & student forms due.
March 22: Jr Iron Chef 2014!
