A 5 mile run and 2 mile walk through the streets of Avalon, NJ, Sat., July 12, 8 am start with registration beginning at 7 am. T-shirts to first 125 registered, refreshments and awards follow. Benefits CONTACT Cape-Atlantic and proceeds help continue daily telephone reassurance to over 200 elderly & disabled, helping them continue living independently.
