By signing this entry form I confirm that I have read and agree to the Disclaimer Waiver and release of liability In consideration of my entry in The World Garlic Eating competition, I intended to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all right and claims for damages which my hereafter accrue to me against The World Garlic Eating competition and South West Garlic Farm and The George Inn Chideock, all event sponsors and staff, companies or entities, their officials, employees and agents of any and all liability or responsibility arising from any injury or illness received or incurred by participating in The World Garlic Eating competition. I promise to examine the event site and assure myself that the area is safe and further agree that I will not participate in the event unless I am satisfied that the area and the conditions are safe. I will further read and comply with all contest rules and regulations, note weather conditions and do agree that I voluntarily assume all risks arising from conditions related to the event site by myself or others. Disclaimer The information filled in on the Entry Form is correct to the best of my knowledge. I hereby give permission for use of photographs, videotapes, motion picture recording and any other record taken for this event of me or my team members to be reproduced in any form for purposes of promotion, advertising, display, exhibition or editorial use.
