Praetorian Race is an intense obstacle course race series designed to physically and mentally challenge and motivate people of ALL PHYSICAL ABILITIES. Our goal is to challenge both elite and beginner athletes to push themselves to obtain new levels of physical endurance, strength, and confidence.
Our first annual race will be 6 kilometres in length along grass and dirt trails and require you to traverse 15-18 different obstacles . Come out, challenge yourself, have fun, and surpass even your own expectations of what you think you are capable of accomplishing.
GET OFF THE COUCH and CRUSH THE OLD YOU!
Praetorian Race proudly supports Wounded Warriors Canada and Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.
Participating in a Praetorian Race Event, like any other sport, is an inherently dangerous activity that presents extreme obstacles, including but not limited to: steep ascents, descents, mud pits, ice baths, culvert crawls, mud crawls, barbed wire, swims, log carries, wall climbs, jump over fire, ¼ pipes, jumping in water and mud pits, rope and net courses, extreme and uneven terrain, significant and sudden altitude gains, mud slides, rope climbs, and unforeseen and unanticipated hazards of any kind. Further, the course and these obstacles may create risks of severe physical injury and/ or death, and that these risks cannot be eliminated and/or avoided.
