Sacramento Beer & Chili Festival is for the community and raises money for art programs that assist at-risk children, children of homeless families and funds adopt a school art program for Sacramento Regional Schools.
The event is sponsored and organized by Sacramento Artists Council, The Grid Agency and Dad’s Kitchen at Freeport.
It will feature live music, bike valet (proceeds benefitting Sacramento Artists Council) and a Kids Zone with crafts and face painting.
The chili cook-off will have four categories – Individual, Industry, Vegetarian and People’s Choice so simmer, cover and cook accordingly. And, of course, there will be beer samplings provided by local and regional breweries! Ales, Lagers, IPAs and Ciders will all be available for your craft beer selection.
Leashed dogs are allowed at Sacramento Beer and Chili Festival.
In order to drink alcohol you must present a valid ID that states you are over 21 years old.
