Christopher’s 5-k Run & Walk For Diabetes is an annual event in honor of a young boy who has Type 1 Diabetes. Christopher, who is now 14, was diagnosed with diabetes months after turning 2 years old. Upon diagnosis, his family, and his family’s running club, were determined to make a difference. The event is now in it’s 12-th year. Race benefits the American Diabetes Association.
